Growing up in the Philippines, hospitality was simply a way of life. Our home was always open to family, friends, neighbors, and even unexpected visitors. It wasn't unusual for someone to join us for a meal or stay overnight on short notice. No matter who walked through our door, my family believed in making people feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.

That experience shaped the way I approach hosting today. Filipino culture is known for its warmth, generosity, and genuine hospitality, and those values continue to guide me in both my personal and professional life.

For more than two years, I have specialized in mid-term rentals, providing comfortable, well-maintained housing for traveling professionals, students, relocating individuals, and others in transition. I understand that temporary housing is more than just a place to sleep. It is where people come to relax, recharge, and feel at home while away from home.

I take pride in being responsive, dependable, and true to my word. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where guests feel safe, respected, and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Whether someone is staying for a few weeks or several months, I strive to provide the same level of care and attention that I would offer to a guest in my own home.

Julie Cooper is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and educator with a passion for building wealth through strategic real estate investing and helping others do the same. After a 22-year career in education, she transitioned full-time into real estate, where she has built experience across multiple asset classes and investment strategies.

Today, Julie actively invests in short-term rentals (STRs), mid-term rentals (MTRs), long-term rentals, and value-add renovation projects. She is also involved in multifamily investing, private capital, and hard money lending, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both acquiring and financing real estate opportunities.

Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning, Julie enjoys connecting with investors, sharing practical knowledge, and building relationships that create opportunities for everyone involved. Whether she's evaluating a new investment, helping finance a deal, or creating exceptional rental experiences for guests, her focus is on long-term value, integrity, and sustainable growth.
